*Terms and Conditions of Payment*

 

*1. Agreement to Terms:*

By engaging the services of Pro Group Painting Pty Ltd, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions of payment. These terms shall apply to all services provided by the Pro Group painting PTY LTD.

 

*2. Quotation and Payment Terms:*

All quotations provided by the Company are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance. The Client agrees to make payment in accordance with the payment terms specified in the quotation. Payment terms may include a deposit, progress payments, and a final payment upon completion.

 

*3. Due Date for Payment:*

The Client agrees to make payment on or before the due date specified in the invoice issued by the Company. The due date will be clearly indicated on the invoice, and failure to make payment by the due date may result in late fees or other consequences as outlined in these terms.

 

*4. Late Payment Fees:*

In the event that payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to charge a late payment fee. The late payment fee will be calculated as a percentage of the outstanding amount, as specified in the invoice or as determined by the Company.

 

*5. Payment Methods:*

Payments are accepted by the Company through the methods specified in the invoice. The Client agrees to make payment using one of the accepted methods, and any additional fees associated with a particular payment method will be borne by the Client.

 

*6. Dispute Resolution:*

Any disputes regarding the invoiced amount or payment terms should be communicated to the Company within 7 days of receiving the invoice. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute promptly and amicably.

 

*7. Termination of Services:*

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate painting services if payment is not received by the due date. The Client will be responsible for any costs associated with the suspension or termination of services.

 

*8. Collection Costs:*

In the event that legal action is required to recover outstanding payments, the Client agrees to reimburse the Company for all costs and expenses incurred, including legal fees and court costs.

 

*9. Governing Law:*

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any legal action or proceedings arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts of the Commonwealth of Australia.

 

*10. Amendments:*

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes, and the amended terms will apply to all future transactions.

 

By engaging the services of Pro Group Painting Pty Ltd, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions of payment.
